Stories of our streets
There are streets in every village, town or city and each of them has its story. We invite you to a virtual travel on streets from different countries that will talk to you and tell you their own stories.
The site was created within My City and Me iEarn project by a group of students from Ion Creanga High School, Balti, Republic of Moldova, guided by Irina Mutruc, their teacher of English and Mihalevski Mariana, curator at The Museum of History and Ethnography from Balti.
The goal Of The Project was to find out as much as possible about the main streets of cities from different countries, their names and history, their development through past time. The following students from XIIth B form took active part at gathering the information and designing the way it would be presented: Moscalu Marina, Tarlapan Gabriela, Russu Marin, Zarişneac Alexandru, Barbaroş Vlada, Cuciuc Ana, Verhoveţchi Mihaela, Lupaşcu Nicoleta, Cotos Victoria, Gobjila Doina. We thank them all for their work and contribution! |
